Return and refund policy
Please note that we do not offer free returns. Return shipping charges will apply.
If you're not satisfied with the items you ordered, you can return them within 30 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for a return, the items must meet certain conditions. The product must include all original parts and components and be returned in its original packaging. It should show signs of normal handling only; any damage due to careless handling is excluded. For products where hygiene is a factor, they must be thoroughly cleaned before returning. If the item arrived defective, this must be reported immediately upon receipt. Please note that we reserve the right to charge for the shipping costs of a return. Once the returned items are received, they will be processed within seven working days. If the return meets all conditions, we will officially acknowledge it within that time. However, if we suspect that the product has been used or damaged through misuse, we reserve the right to reject the return.
To begin the return process, please send an email to info@bellaflor.com and include your order number, reason for return, a photo of the product (in case of damage), your full name, and your shipping address. We will reply with the correct return address. Do not send the package to the address printed on the parcel — wait for our specific instructions. Please note that return shipping costs are your responsibility.
Right of Withdrawal (for Consumers)
Consumers have a legal right of withdrawal under the following conditions. This applies to individuals acting outside of commercial or professional purposes.
The cancellation period is 14 days, starting from the day you or someone you designate receives the goods.
Please be aware that we operate with a fully automated order system. This means your order is processed immediately upon confirmation. We are unable to stop or cancel shipping once it has begun. A refund is only possible once the goods are returned to us.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, send a clear notice of cancellation to Bella Flor by email. The withdrawal will be considered complete once we receive your cancellation message and the returned goods. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Since our goods ship from Asia, longer transit times may occur and are beyond our control. If your order is already on the way, cancellation is not possible. Please wait until you receive the item, then initiate the return process. If possible, provide a shipping confirmation to help us process your return more efficiently.
If you cancel your order, we will refund all payments made (excluding any additional shipping charges for premium delivery options) within 14 days of receiving both your cancellation notice and the returned items. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
All returns must be shipped to our central warehouse in Asia. Customers are responsible for all return shipping expenses.
