Once an order is placed, we take 1 to 3 working days to process the order. During the week, it typically takes one working day, but if you order on a Friday evening or over the weekend, it may take a little longer. Once your order has been processed, it will be dispatched. Delivery takes an average of 8 to 12 working days.

Placing an Order

The ordering process at Bella Flor is simple and straightforward. First, go to the product page and add the product you want to your shopping cart by clicking the "Add to cart" button.

Before proceeding, check that you have selected the correct product variants. If everything looks correct, click "Proceed to checkout." On the information page, you will be asked to enter your address details. Make sure all the information is accurate and complete. Once filled in, click "Continue shipping."

On the dispatch page, you will have the opportunity to review your entered address details. Please note that every shipment is sent completely free of charge. As a thank you to our customers, Bella Flor covers all shipping and delivery costs. Once you have reviewed the details, proceed by clicking "Proceed to payment."
